What is 'reclaiming'?
A horse is considered to be 'reclaimed' when the previous owner has taken the horse back due to the current owner's violation of a sales contract. This can include not showing the horse, showing the horse in inappropriate disciplines, changing information without permission, etc.
A horse can only be reclaimed if the seller specified that the horse was under contract at the time of the sale.
