Answer:

You will be removed from the game, your forum and portal accounts will be deleted, any establishments you own will be deleted, and your horses will be confiscated to the Humane Society where they will most likely be adopted by other members. Depending on the circumstances, you may also be banned from the forum and portal, and barred from reapplying to the game in the future.
