Answer:

It's simple! Visit the Joining page, ensure you've read the guidelines there, and submit the required form. You must note, however, that you cannot interact with any game functions until you have received confirmation of your acceptance into the game. This means you cannot register on the forum, post on the forum, submit any horses, register for a bank account, etc. If you disregard this rule, your application will be automatically denied.
