Can I export a horse? How?

Answer:

Yes, provided you are the original owner of the horse (ie you were the one who created, imported, or bred the horse), or you have written permission from the original owner of the horse. If the horse was imported, the person who sold the horse to the BITS member who brought it into the game will also be authorized to export the horse. As we monitor exportations, there is no automated process for exportation. You need to contact Maya through PM with the name and ID number of the horse in question, and your authorization to remove it from the game.
